Elite Chula Vista Deck & Fence was founded in 2020 by a crew of local tradespeople who knew Chula Vista well and saw a real gap in the market. Homeowners here needed a deck and fence contractor who showed up on time, communicated clearly, and built things right the first time. That sounds like a low bar, but it turned out to be a meaningful one.
Chula Vista is a big, varied city - from the older western neighborhoods near Third Avenue Village to the large master-planned communities of Otay Ranch and Eastlake. We have worked all across it. We know the clay soils that shift in the eastern hills, the HOA design review processes in places like Rolling Hills Ranch, and the coastal conditions near the bay that affect hardware and material choices. Every project we take on is shaped by where it actually sits.
Since 2020, we have built custom decks, installed composite and Trex decking, put up vinyl and wood fences, added pergolas and patio covers, and handled repairs and replacements for homeowners across the South Bay.
